At Weft Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.
- 2.Package Your Item
Ensure the carpet is unused, clean, and in its original packaging. Securely wrap the item to prevent any damage during the transit process.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our courier partners to collect the package directly from your doorstep at a convenient time.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned rug, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
